Welfare appointments now available in the community with Citizens Advice

We are pleased to now be offering our welfare appointments with Citizens Advice in the community, on Mondays in Manor and Fridays in Darnall.

Our welfare appointments with Citizens Advice Sheffield have recently expanded to be available in our Big Purple Bus locations.

On Mondays in Manor and Fridays in Darnall, we are joined by Dean from Citizens Advice Sheffield. Dean is available to talk to patients about their situation, discuss support available and provide help with the process of applying for any benefits.

The appointments may also be useful to those who have recently lost someone to cancer; our team can advise on what to do about benefits payments, funeral costs or any other costs associated to losing a loved one to cancer.

Make sure to visit our Big Purple Bus when you attend your Citizens Advice appointment. You can’t miss it! Pop onboard for a chat with our friendly, supportive Healthcare Professionals and Advisors offering emotional, financial and practical support.
