Free swimming sessions

During cancer treatment, you may struggle to exercise or lose confidence. OutSwimming Cancer provides you with guidance and reassurance about how to exercise following changes to your body.

An experienced swimming teacher leads the sessions, providing low-pressure opportunities for you to swim in an encouraging environment.

Booking is essential and can be done online at www.chesterfield.gov.uk/leisure or calling Queen’s Park Sports Centre on 01246 345555.
